Pam is a Partner at O’Connell & Aronowitz and practices in our Personal Injury Litigation Department. She handles complex litigation matters both within and outside of the personal injury context.

Her cases range from automobile accidents, products liability and medical malpractice actions to complex antitrust, labor law and class actions. Ms. Nichols personally handles the most complex legal issues that arise during litigation and has been instrumental in negotiating several of the firm's most significant settlements.

She also assists with the firm's extensive appellate practice and has argued cases in the highest Courts in the State of New York and in multiple Federal Courts throughout the State.
