About the Event
IB Summit 2026 is heading west to beautiful Jackson Hole, Wyoming this fall, and it’s going to be an unforgettable experience. Surrounded by breathtaking mountain views and crisp fall air, this year’s Summit will bring together Injury Board members for a few days of meaningful connection, fresh perspective, and shared inspiration.
October 8th
Welcome Reception
Start the Summit off right with great views, fantastic people and delicious beverages.
October 9th
IB Member Meetings
Learning from each other goes to the heart of Injury Board membership. Let's spend this time sharing ideas and helping fellow members. We encourage you to register to present on a topic centered around firm marketing successes, business management, or professional development (of course, you are not limited to those main topics).
Member Dinner
We'll have a private IB dinner.
October 10th
Activities Day
Attendees can choose from a variety of activities, including a Teton Half Day Safari, E-Bike Tour, Guided Fly Fishing Expedition, Golf at Teton Reserve, Wildflower Trail Hike & Luxury Picnic, or DIY Spa Day at Astoria Hot Springs.
Closing Reception
After a day of exploring and adventure, we’ll come back together to close out IB Summit 2026 with our Western BBQ Closing Reception.
The Venue
Hotel Terra, 3335 West Village Drive, Teton Village, WY 83025
Get ready to experience Hotel Terra, nestled in beautiful Jackson Hole, Wyoming at the base of the Tetons. Room rates are $424/night. Once registered, you will receive a link to book your room at our reduced rate.
Jackson Hole Airport (JAC) is the closest major airport, located 20 miles (about 36 minutes) from Hotel Terra.

Teton Half Day Safari
Board a private, guided tour vehicle and explore the beauty of the Tetons, taking in incredible scenery and keeping an eye out for native wildlife along the way.
E-Bike Tour
Explore Jackson Hole on two wheels with a scenic e-bike tour through the area’s beautiful surroundings, followed by time to enjoy downtown Jackson and connect with the group.
Guided Fly Fishing Expedition
Experience one of the area’s quintessential outdoor activities with a guided fly fishing expedition featuring time on the water and incredible Wyoming scenery.
Golf at Teton Reserve
Enjoy a round on Teton Reserve’s 18-hole championship course, designed by three-time U.S. Open Champion Hale Irwin, with friendly competition and time to connect with fellow IB members.
Wildflower Trail Hike & Luxury Picnic
Take in the fresh mountain air and stunning views on a hike along Wildflower Trail before relaxing and recharging with a luxury picnic lunch alongside fellow IB members.
DIY Spa Day at Astoria Hot Springs
