Meet Garrett Moore Jr.

Garrett M. Moore, Jr. received his undergraduate degree from Assumption College, Worcester, Massachusetts in 2004 and his law degree from Appalachian School of Law, Grundy, Virginia in 2011. Garrett is licensed to practice law in the Connecticut Superior Court and U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut.

Garrett has been named A Super Lawyers Rising Star for multiple years. In order to be eligible for this honor an attorney must be either 40 years old or younger or practicing for 10 years or less. Only 2.5% of the attorneys in Connecticut are chosen each year for this high honor. Once eligible, Garrett was recognized as a Super Lawyer. The selection process involves peer nominations, independent review, and peer review. Only 5% of attorneys are chosen each year for this honor.

Garrett is a member of the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association. He is president of the Membership Committee and also has the distinct honor of serving on the Board of Governors of the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association. The Board of Governors is comprised of plaintiff trial lawyers; all of whom are generally recognized as among the best plaintiff trial lawyers in the State of Connecticut.

Garrett is a member of the Connecticut Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates is a select group of 25 plaintiff lawyers and 25 defense trial lawyers in the state, which are the top trial lawyers in the State of Connecticut.

Garrett is a passionate advocate and believes every personal injury victim should have their voice heard. He channels this passion and advocacy when representing his clients in court, during settlement negotiations, arbitrations, and trials.

Garrett is a devoted husband and father of three boys and one girl. He believes giving back to the community is essential. He is a very active board member of the Lake Quassapaug Association. The Lake Quassapaug Association is a nonprofit organization dedicated to preserving Lake Quassapaug’s water quality and responsible use of the lake.
