Daniel H. Friedman joined his father, Herbert J. Friedman, at Friedman Law Firm – a firm he founded in 1962 after returning from service as a legal officer with the U.S. Army. Since that time, our law office has become one of the largest and most successful firms in Nebraska. The Lincoln, Neb.-based firm focuses on personal injury law and has successfully represented injured Nebraskans for 56 years. We are large enough to handle substantial and complex cases, yet small enough to provide personalized representation for each of our clients.
A graduate of University of Minnesota Law School in Minneapolis, Dan is a member of Nebraska State Bar Association, Nebraska Association of Trial Attorneys, American Association for Justice, ACLU Nebraska, Member and the American Board of Trial Advocates.
