About Coluccio Law

Growing up in Kent, Washington, Kevin Coluccio couldn’t imagine becoming a lawyer.

After more than 30 years of practicing law, he can’t imagine a more fulfilling job.

With over $85 million dollars in trial verdicts and case settlements, Kevin estimates that he has been to trial in nearly every court in Washington State.

His entire legal career has been dedicated to helping seriously injured people and their families through the civil justice system.

Kevin has built his reputation on his aggressive, highly principled advocacy. He loves to take on big business and big government; has earned over $80 million dollars in trial verdicts and case settlements for accident, injury and death claims.

A graduate of Seattle University School of Law, Coluccio is also a graduate of Gerry Spence’s Trial Lawyers College. He is a member of the Washington State and Oregon State Bar Associations, a Washington State Association for Justice EAGLE member, and a member of the Oregon State Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Association for Justice.

Designated a “Super Lawyer” by fellow Washington attorney every year since 1998, Kevin Coluccio has been voted as a Top 100 “Super Lawyer” the past 7 years and in 2011 was voted one of Washington’s top 10 “Super Lawyers”.

He has an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell and the highest rating from AVVO.   His peers have selected him for inclusion in Best Lawyers In America.

In 1994, Kevin became the youngest lawyer to ever be designated by a union when he received the appointment from the International Association of Machinists & Aerospace Workers - Railroad Division.

He is licensed to practice in Washington and Oregon.

Two young sons have Kevin's attention during most of his time at home. He's also a golfer and fan of major league baseball.
