About Brooks Cutter
Brooks Cutter has been practicing law for over 35 years and was mentored by the late legendary attorney Mort Friedman, a top civil litigation attorney and local philanthropist. Brooks Cutter founded Cutter Law with a mission to provide injured people with great lawyers who can win the compensation they deserve.
Brooks has received national recognition for handling complex litigation like mass torts and consumer class action cases. He has been appointed to leadership positions nationwide involving defective drug and medical device cases, bad faith insurance cases and other cases against massive companies, including Johnson & Johnson, Medtronic Inc. and State Farm.
Brooks Cutter works in the Oakland and Sacramento offices.
