In 1998, Patrick left the Goldsmith firm and opened the D’Arcy Law Firm, P.C., with offices in Galloway and Toms River, New Jersey.  On St. Patrick’s Day, 2000, Patrick was proud to welcome his brother, Andrew, to the firm.  Then, in 2007, Patrick joined forces with his good friend and reputable trial attorney, Steven Johnson, to form the firm now known as D’Arcy Johnson Day, P.C.

During his career, Patrick has focused his practice on serious claims of personal injury, nursing home abuse and medical malpractice.  He has litigated well over 1,000 cases to completion, including numerous civil and highly publicized jury trials.  Patrick is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney, a distinction held by less than 2% of New Jersey attorneys.  Patrick has been named a “Super Lawyer” by New Jersey Monthly Magazine since 2009.  He is widely recognized in the area’s legal community as both a leader and powerful trial attorney.
