RecordPartner was started by plaintiff attorney Tim Young. For more than 26 years, Tim and his firm The Young Firm – have focused on litigating specialized and complex maritime and Jones Act cases on behalf of injured workers. He learned early on that most medical record retrieval companies were just plain bad. They were slow, often needed “more information’’ before a record could be obtained, and charged for “express service” (which meant nothing!). After getting frustrated using several of the “best” services, Tim brought record retrieval in-house at his firm. For the last 5+ years his office has been perfecting getting records quickly, with no headaches or missteps.
