Keith has represented victims of negligence throughout Oregon since 2001, trying cases in state and federal courts and helping secure more than $180 million in jury trial verdicts and settlements for injured clients. His record includes multiple seven and eight-figure recoveries spanning medical malpractice, trucking accidents, race discrimination, and other catastrophic injury cases.
Keith has been listed in Super Lawyers since 2013 and has been voted among the Top 50 lawyers in Oregon. He was chosen as an Oregon “Lawyer of the Year” in 2025 by Best Lawyers in America, where he has been listed since 2016. He is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates and speaks regularly at legal education seminars.
