Narrative in the Courtroom: The Bard Room Virtual Session

We’re excited to invite you to a new virtual program from The Bard Room: Narrative in the Courtroom, a two-hour session dedicated to helping trial lawyers strengthen one of the most powerful tools of persuasion—storytelling. Taking place on Thursday, June 12 from 1:00–3:00 PM ET, this session is complimentary for the first 25 Injury Board members and will be hosted virtually.

Originally developed as part of our Pathfinder programming, we’re now opening this opportunity to the wider IB community due to high demand. The session will explore how law firms can structure case narratives that connect with jurors and judges, and how to translate complex facts into compelling, emotionally resonant stories. You’ll gain insights into narrative structure, clarity in communication, and the elements that make courtroom storytelling both strategic and memorable.

This complimentary session is limited to the first 25 registrants! Once those spots are filled, a waitlist will open for an additional session. Please note that any future sessions will require a registration fee.
