AI/Tech Working Group: Emerging AI Cases, Operations, Ethics & Risk

June 23 @ 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm

Artificial intelligence is rapidly changing the legal landscape, from the cases being filed to the way firms operate, communicate, and assess risk.

Join the AI/Tech Working Group for a timely discussion on emerging AI-related cases, legal operations, ethics, and compliance. This session will focus on current litigation involving AI tools and chatbot interactions, including cases related to alleged platform liability, teen safety, and developing MDL considerations.

The group will also explore how AI is shaping law firm practices, what attorneys should be thinking about when it comes to risk and ethical responsibilities, and how members are approaching AI-related issues in their own cases and operations.

Discussion Topics:
– Updates on AI-related cases currently in motion
– Emerging AI litigation trends and potential MDL developments
– How AI is influencing law firm operations and case strategy
– Ethical considerations, risk, and compliance concerns
– Open discussion for members to share questions, cases, and insights

Members are encouraged to bring questions, case updates, and AI-related issues they are currently following.
