About Kimberly Griffith
Kim is a seasoned attorney with experience on both the plaintiff and defense side of civil litigation.
After graduating from Lewis and Clark Law School in 2004, Kim was admitted to the Oregon State Bar and began her career working as a federal judicial law clerk in Portland. She gained
invaluable insight into the way judges think and the way juries feel, which affords her clients a strategic advantage at every stage of their case.
Since her days as a law student, Kim has been a volunteer advocate for victims’ rights (she currently serves on the Advisory Council of the National Crime Victim Law Institute, and performs pro bono work with Legal Aid Services of Oregon’s Domestic Violence Project). This passion inspired Kim’s journey from a defense firm where she represented big business to D’Amore Law Group, where she is dedicated to obtaining civil justice for victims of crime and abuse of power.
Kim spends her non-working hours mothering her three children and occasionally enjoying Portland breweries with friends.
