About Matt Glover

Matt’s niche in the firm is handling cases involving 18-wheelers and other commercial trucks. He is extremely knowledgeable regarding the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations and this knowledge is very beneficial when investigating the cause of a crash involving large trucks. Matt has given several seminar presentations on trucking litigation and lawyers throughout Alabama refer cases to him or associate him to assist in these cases.

Matt Glover is originally from Charleston, West Virginia. He is proud to come from a long line of West Virginia coal miners. Matt is married to Hollie Elswick. Hollie is also from West Virginia. Hollie is an elementary school teacher and also a graduate of Marshall University. Matt and Hollie have two elementary school aged boys named Chase Matthew and Cole Nicholas. They also have a third son, Cade, who is a toddler. The Glovers worship at First Baptist Church in Tuscaloosa where Matt and Hollie teach Sunday School.

Matt believes in the importance of giving back to his community. He is the Treasurer of the Tuscaloosa Soup Bowl. He is on the Board of Directors for Capstone Bank. Matt has also been recently appointed to serve on the Board of Trustees for the Holy Spirit Catholic School in Tuscaloosa. He also enjoys coaching youth basketball.
