O’Connell and Aronowitz is one of the area’s oldest law firms, having first opened our doors with two attorneys in 1925. We have been at the forefront of precedent-setting federal and state litigation including successful representation of the hospital industry in two appeals before the United States Supreme Court. Our Plaintiff’s Negligence Group has obtained verdicts of over $1 million in ten notable cases and numerous settlements in excess of one million dollars. Our Real Estate practice is not only about preparing documents and conducting closings. We have extensive experience in a wide range of related matters such as landlord/tenant disputes, land use and zoning, and environmental issues that may arise.
