IB Firm Helps Support Local Food Bank Program

njaIB member Nettles Law Firm recently volunteered with the Nevada Justice Association to help a local charity provide food to those in need.

Nettles Law Firm and others from NJA and local law firms joined together to pack meals for Three Square’s Meals for Moms program, Southern Nevada’s only food bank that provides wholesome food to hungry people, while passionately pursuing a hunger-free community.

With the help of several staff members of Nettles Law Firm and 18 other volunteers, in just three hours, they were able to pack approx. 4,000 food boxes for moms and families across the state.

Nettles Law Firm has been involved with Three Square for more than six years. The firm has helped support and organize fundraising events for the organization throughout the years. The firm is also committed to supporting and giving back to other charities, including: Families for Effective Autism Treatment, Toys for Tots, NJA’s Backpack & School Supplies Drive, and much more.

“Community involvement is important to every attorney and staff member at the firm,” says Brian D. Nettles. “Some of our projects are one-time events. Others are personal passions. Our favorite community projects are the ones where the whole firm has a chance to serve, together.”
